Our fashion production process begins with consultation to understand your design and project requirements. This is then used to create technical specifications if it’s not provided already. Next step is to create tangible patterns in standard size to discover style functionalities and proportions. Then the first patterns are sent to the sewing unit for assembling them into garment and first prototype sample can be made. Once the sewing sample has been created and approved, the needed changes to be made, and garment is ready to be graded, size up or down and layout of the patterns prepared for production.
